PowerSchool is the UCFSD student information system. Both students and parents/guardians have access into the system via the middle school website. Primarily, students will use PowerSchool to check class schedule and grades. Students will also use PowerSchool to make 9th grade course selection.

Login to PowerSchool

Students should see Mr. Walsh or Mr. Marshall if they do not know their password or are having difficulties logging in to PowerSchool. Students use their Campus name and password to login to PowerSchool.

Campus username is: student last name + first name initial + graduation year (for example, walshj22)

PowerSchool Parent

Parents may also sign up for an account. Parents can use this account to also see their child's class schedule and grades as well as attendance reports. Parents can also schedule emailed grade notifications with this account.

To sign up for a Parent Account:

  1. Visit:
  3. You will need your child's Access ID and Access Password to setup your account. If you do not have these, contact the middle school main office for assistance.

To add a child to your existing Parent Account:

  1. Visit:
  2. Once you are logged in to the Parent Portal, click on "Account Preferences" on the left hand side
  3. Click on the tab named "Students"
  4. Click on the blue button "Add"
  5. Enter your child's name, Access ID, Password, and Relationship to add him/her to your account

SwiftK12 Alerting

Our school district uses SwiftK12 to send parent notifications and emergency alerts. Parents can manage their contact information and alert preferences from within their PowerSchool Parent Account.

To manage your SwiftK12 alert preferences:

  1. Login to your PowerSchool account
  2. At the top of the left menu, click on the SwiftReach SwiftK12 button
  3. In the next window, choose Contact Preferences to add or modify email addresses and phone numbers. Choose Alert Preferences to indicate which types of school alerts will be sent to which email addresses or phone numbers you listed.
  4. Make sure to click Save Changes when done.
