Become A PTO Volunteer!

Would you like to: Make a difference in your child’s education? Meet other parents? Experience a sense of pride? Share your talent and energy? Have fun doing all of the above? The Patton PTO would love to have you as a parent volunteer for the school year 2017-18. We have many opportunities for you to choose from to enrich your child's education. Whether you have a few hours per year or a few hours per month you are important to us. Investing and giving back to your child’s school is such a great way to invest in our youth. Come join us and make memories with us.

The Charles F. Patton Middle School PTO is a proactive organization providing educational enrichment to the students of C.F. Patton Middle School. To be successful, the PTO activities and programs need your support! In the past, the PTO has given financial support to the teachers and funded special projects such as Writer’s Day, Curriculum enrichment funds, supplement base materials provided by the District and enhance our kids' learning experience. All donations are tax deductible. Please fill out this booster form and return it to the school office in an envelope marked BOOSTER. Please make your check payable to CFPMS PTO. Due to lack of parent volunteers this year we have had to cancel a few events, so please consider spending as little or as much time helping out. Every little bit helps! Attention 8th Graders- it’s time to celebrate! The 8th Grade EOY Celebration is Friday, June 7 from 5:30 until 9:30 PM at Patton and UHS. Attire for girls is dress, skirt or nice pants, comfortable shoes (no high heels) Boys should wear a collared shirt and khakis/dress pants/shorts (tie optional) This is not a formal event, gowns and suits are not recommended. Order your child’s ticket now!!

Photos Needed!
We have some fun activities planned for the kids.  One of these activities involve a photo wall.  We are asking all 8th grade parents (regardless if their child is attending the celebration or not) to send in 1 photo (4x6 or smaller) of their child in K, 1st, or 2nd grade by Friday May 24.  Please send to school in an envelope marked 8EOYC-PHOTO.  These pictures will NOT be returned, so please do not send your only copy.  

It was exciting to see so many of our Patton families, students, and staff at Friday’s Spring Carnival. We want to thank Ms. Angel Brown and her crew of volunteers for their hard work and countless hours in preparing a safe and enjoyable event for our community! The PTO provides so many great opportunities like this for our school - BUT they need the help of parents! Please come to this Thursday's PTO meeting at 9:30 AM in the Patton small cafeteria to see how you can help.
